Dance and sculpture: a subtle, mysterious performance to experience. How do sculpted objects contaminate the mood, rhythm and gestures of a living body in perpetual reaction and movement? The dancer Ruth Childs interacts with five unsettling artefacts sculpted by artist Cécile Bouffard, in a dialogue between images and suggestions, in a quest to express the nuances of an identity. A singular performance that translates the call to freedom.
