Ripple is a solo exhibition by Korean artist Nam Hwayeon, featuring four video works, each stemming from her research into specific objects and subjects from Korean history. Nam examines the biopolitical circulation of information and knowledge—tracing their movement through the body, music, dance, and digital data. This process of immaterial mapping reveals the fissures in history – fragmented, displaced and unclaimed.
